Where we ship

Our online checkout currently supports shipping within the United States. For delivery to other countries, please email aotreehouse@gmail.com or ask in our Discord before ordering. We’ll confirm whether shipping is available and provide the details for your destination.

In-stock orders

In-stock orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. This is the time needed to prepare and dispatch your order; it does not include the carrier’s delivery time.

Pre-orders and mixed orders

Pre-order timing is listed on each product page and varies by item. Please review that information before purchasing.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we hold the in-stock items and ship everything together once all items are ready. The 3–5 business day in-stock processing window does not mean that a mixed order will ship before its pre-order items are ready.

Shipping costs

US orders of $100 USD or more qualify for free shipping. Available shipping methods and any charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery estimates depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and are separate from processing or pre-order waiting time. Carrier delays may affect arrival dates.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Use the tracking information to follow your package’s progress.
