Please include your order number and a short description of the issue. If an item arrived damaged, include photos of the item and packaging.

Product and pre-order questions

Include the product name or link so we can help with the right item. Pre-order shipping information is listed on each product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship together once everything is ready.

Shipping outside the United States

Our checkout currently supports US shipping. For other destinations, email us or ask in our Discord before ordering so we can confirm availability and shipping costs.
